All sales are FINAL. No return or exchanges.
Damages and issues:
Once items are received, please inspect your order. If any items are missing items, received wrong items, or defects please contact us within 2 days so we can make it right!
Cancelations and fees:
There will be a 7% restocking fee for any cancelations
Wrong address:
If for any reason your order is returned due to wrong address provided during checkout, you will need to cover the shipping cost for us to reship your order with correct address. You will have 2 days to reach out if order has been returned to us. After that we will issue a refund for the items you paid. Shipping will not be returned
Returns and exchanges (excluding UV DTF, DTF, SCREEN PRINTS)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.
To start a return, log into your account to access the return self-service. There is a $5 flat rate return fee. All return requests will be denied if it has been past 30- days and if your items do not meet return requirements.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or declined. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items( marked down, or clearance), jewelry, gift cards, or any drinkware (such as glass cups, lids, and straws). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
